We value feedback to help inform where we can improve. At times you may be offered a patient feedback survey to complete. At other times you can leave written feedback with our receptionists or in the feedback box provided.

If you have complaints about the practice or its services that you wish to be specifically addressed and responded to, we ask that you provide your complaint in writing addressed to the Practice Manager. You may also wish to request an appointment with our Practice Manager to discuss your concerns.  If you request a meeting with the Practice Manager, please bring a summary of your concerns in writing. 

Providing complaints in writing helps us insure that we properly understand your complaint or concerns in any follow up investigations. If you have difficulty in putting your complaint in writing in your own words, our Practice Manage can create notes in a meeting sumarising your concerns and will review those notes with you to ensure that we have properly understood your complaint.

Our Practice Manager may not be able to provide you with an immediate resolution or feedback in relation to your complaint. Some issues may require further investigation with other parties. We will endeavor to provide you with at least a preliminary response or update within five business days.
